Chocolate Mousse

1. flesh of 2 ripe avocados
2. 1/4 cup NIRVANA cocoa powder.
3. 1/4 cup dutch cocoa OR melted chocolate chips.
4. 1 can of coconut cream
5. 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
6. 1/8 teaspoon salt.
7. sweetener of choice to taste (I like 1/4 cup pure maple syrup)

Recipe Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until creamy. Pour into glass pie pan and refrigerate until it is the texture is firm.
